Experience contemporary silent short films made by Filipino filmmakers through the first edition of the Film Development Council of the Philippines‘ MIT OUT SOUND Silent Film Competition as part of the 15th International Silent Film Festival Manila.
Participating filmmakers were selected through project applications and went through a series of intensive film labs mentored by local and international filmmakers to produce their proposed silent film projects. They were also partnered with film composers to create the original scoring for their respective films.
